Dispelling the myths and hysteria of 2012
 
Today I am going to talk to you about the untruths and myths surrounding the year 2012, which keep being circulated and constantly brought to the attention of mankind  by those with an investment in creating disharmony, disorder and panic.

The stories become embellished as time goes on and are used to frighten people which lowers their frequency as they panic.  The myth about the world ending in 2012, long held to be the truth and purporting to be an ancient prophesy, is a fabrication from long ago. It is important to realise this and not join in the thoughts which reinforce the fears in the morphogenic resonance, and which become like a dark cloud surrounding the earth when constantly reinforced by lots of people on a daily basis.

2012 is just one year amongst many that have heralded the rise in frequency of planet earth and her peoples, which has been happening gradually over a period of years. There is no magic moment when a switch will be switched and everything stops, changes, disappears or ascends.

The ascension of planet earth and her peoples is something long awaited and for which much work has already been done on unseen levels by our Angelic Friends and helpers on this plane. There is no end product for it is all an ongoing process of development, rising frequency and increased conscious awareness that is a result of energetic work behind the scenes as well as work that people with awareness have been doing for themselves. We are well ahead with the work that has been planned and no great cataclysms are part of our plans.

Moving from 3D to 4D to 5D and beyond necessarily involves some changes and disappearance of some of the old order which is not of integrity or honesty to allow in the higher frequency energy and thought forms which will allow planet earth and her peoples to move on.

Many of you will point out the areas of disquiet and unrest in the world and hold these up as an example of things not going smoothly, however the emotions in those places in the world are of low energetic frequency and dark energy. This owes much to karmic debts and negative energies held within the earth itself. Work is ongoing through our instruments here to clear these energies and emotions from the earth as well as the people to enable all to move on. Much has already been done and there is much work on-going. Problems are identified by our instruments here so that healing and help can be put in place where it is needed.

Do not feel that you are alone with any positive thoughts that you may create. All positive thoughts and light reinforce the positive in the morphogenic resonance, help raise the frequency and create a positive environment for more changes to occur. The healing and removal of negative thought forms makes way for the new.

So my friends do not be disheartened or dismayed by what is created in the media, do not allow yourselves to be pulled into the stories. Try to keep your minds and thoughts on what you wish to create, focus on the positive and do not allow yourselves to be dragged down into the murk.

You do not have to take on board the negativity which surrounds you in any area of your life. Create for yourselves a space that is free from such things, and allow your mind to roam free and dream of things that make your heart sing- the beach on a sunny day; the sunlight on water; sunlight through the trees in a forest as you walk along; the sound of birdsong; beautiful vistas in nature and gentle music. Try to connect with people of like mind, instead of people who try to damage you with their negativity. All will help you to attain a state of peace and harmony for short periods which will free your mind.

Letting Genuine Love In

February is the month that highlights romantic love, with hearts, red roses and flowers more evident in the shops, cards are seen decorated with loving verse and cute images – yes it’s nearly 14th February, Valentines Day.  However I am sure none of us really need a day reminding us that love is the core basis of romantic partnership, indeed love itself is woven into the very fabric of our lives and being, its creation and its flourishing expansion is what the universe spins upon (well in my humble opinion that is). 

That the very lack of it, (or the feeling of the lack of it) can cause sadness, aloneness, depression, and all sorts of harrowing things to occur, for surely it is a lack of love for humanity, the earth and its inhabitants that is resulting in the carnage and destruction seen all over the world.  This article is not about that however, but we can all see where a lack of love and ignorance in kindness and compassion, can lead us, it is not hard to find, and many of us may also have experienced it, or felt it at many points in our lives, both subtly and dramatically.  How many times have you acted from that place at times when in a sense of fear, anger, retaliation, all as a result of being in a place that lacks a sense of love, and the true essence of peace that arrives after real unconditional love is experienced and integrated.

Yes real love is more than just romance, and it is that which runs energetically vibrating into the very smallest particle in the known universe and beyond.  We came from love and will return to love when our physical incarnation in this lifetime ends, if you believe as I do, that we are spirit having a physical incarnation and experiencing this world from our own vantage point of beliefs, actions, conditions and awareness. 

I realise that you are probably not seeing anything here that you don’t already know, but in the case of relationship and romantic love, I believe that there is more of an awakening for a truer sense of what this is all about and bringing that into all our relationships, including our romantic love ones. 

It may be the kind of love that we were not able to witness from our parents (depending on our childhood experiences of course), as many experienced our parents own dysfunctionality in relationship and carried some of that misunderstanding and conditioning into our own (and their dysfunction with us).  For many on the awakening journey we have been working on healing the very core beliefs and conditions that put us in a place of relationship trauma and dysfunction that has caused much of our adult heartbreak that may have put us on this path to begin with. 

So let us just say that for all of those who have been on this healing, awakening, growth journey, understanding their own authenticity, truth and making peace with the past, that we are now ready to  be in the relationship that is true, genuine, honest to goodness, conscious and aware, loving romantic relationship.

For those that are already in this mode of relationship, I am sure you are going to have a wonderful February 14th, and most days before and after that too.  For others of us who have been doing the work and now feel ready to welcome that love in, I say it’s time to bring it on, to welcome it in, to say YES to relationship and work on clarity and calling in that soul mate or twin flame relationship, that all this transformation and change has been leading us to.

There are some however, who may have not long come out of relationship and as a consequence still feeling the sadness and loss, even anger of it all.  To those I can only say what I am going to say for all of us, just make sure that whatever day it is, you truly welcome in the love for yourself, you celebrate who you are, embrace the journey, the dreams, the disasters and the lessons within that are tools for your growth, for you are a miracle, and you deserve genuine true and authentic love.

In order to help you in welcoming and attracting genuine love, here are some tips and areas to consider a focus upon, (recognise some areas may need special help and assistance if you are finding yourself in particular struggle and concern).

 

1. Work on healing and clearing out your energy and vibration of previous love and exes that may still be cluttering up your magnetic attraction to the “one”. 
2. Work on letting go, work on forgiveness.  Realise if you still have any issues to forgiving someone, for example you may hold some anger, bitterness or even still hold a wish to retaliate or see them suffer in some way, so you may not be able to fully forgive just yet as sometimes these things take time to work through.  A good process to do and to learn is Radical Forgiveness, Colin Tipping wrote a book that explains the process and worksheets can be downloaded off the internet at www.radicalforgiveness.com. 
3. Seek to discover if there are any core-beliefs or unconscious decisions and soul contracts you have made with yourself and others on a karmic level, as well as in this lifetime, past lifetimes could still have an effect that is actually preventing that love from actualising in your life now.  Consider exploring this and it may require some clearing and releasing process work, even some past life regression – in all cases go within to see what feels right for you. 
4. Consider what are your values, what are you seeking to have in a relationship, what are non-negotiable, for example if you are a vegan who never drinks alcohol, it perhaps fair to say that you are unlikely to want to be in a relationship with someone who spends frequent time in the pub, eating a meat filled kebab as they stagger home.  Although that is highly unlikely from a vibrational attraction perspective that you get into relationship as you won’t probably be attracted vibrationally anyway, you can see how it helps to be clear what your values are and work on making sure you attract someone who shares them with you.
5. I believe that on a soul level we already have agreed to be together with all those that we already have, and all those that are due to enter, and to this effect this also applies to all the romantic partnerships in our lives. That does not mean however that your soul mate or twin flame will just arrive without any effort on your part, for it is the vibrational signature that you put out there that will help to bring them in.  However, it is worth already forming a bond with that person now, energetically and consciously, therefore consider writing them a letter, and imagine connecting to their soul and with their energy.  This is very powerful by the way.
6. Consider what you would like to have and share in the relationship in terms of experience. It could be travel, shared purpose and work, having children, etc... create a vision board that is purely based on relationship to help clarify and feel to what you are seeking to co-create with your loved one.
7. Most important of all, keep working on being happy, just for you, so happy in fact that it doesn’t really matter if that special one does turn up or not, as you will be having so much fun, and feel so fufilled that when they do you will be able to take the considered time to not rush things, and get to really be in truthful honest connection with each other, amongst other things.  For indeed, it is the relationship with yourself that is the most important one you will ever have, and the longest one too, excepting your relationship with spirit and source, and well that’s just another level of relationship cultivation altogether to work on deepening too, and for me personally, a non-negotiable value. 

Faith

I was lucky enough to spend some time earlier this week with Sarah Smith of Health & Happiness. We spent the most uplifting few hours connecting over a whole range of spiritual subjects, but one in particular stood out for us; Faith. Not in a religious context; simply that we marvelled at how our faith in the love and support of the Universe even in our most darkest of times, has always pulled us though life’s toughest challenges – income and health being two of the main ones. Looking back, we talked of our amazement at how we survived through it all, and developed a new way of living in, and looking at, the world. That was when Sarah asked me to share my outlook on this subject with readers of Health & Happiness, and of course I was absolutely delighted.

What follows is my experience of how my faith in the Universe has grown stronger with each miracle, and how I have never, ever, been let down.

In the mid 2000’s I took a 12 month sabbatical from my extremely well-paid job at a local University. I wasn’t enjoying the job, and the stress of this was adding to complications with my health, getting worse on a daily basis as I ignored what my body was trying to tell me. Some people said I was crazy – I was earning a good wage in a stable job, I had a pension plan, life insurance, the whole kit and caboodle. How could I possibly give that up? For me, those things were not important. Had I continued, I would have ruined my health irrevocably. I know this sounds dramatic, but this is what I knew deep inside.

My spiritual journey had begun many years prior to this. Looking back, the decade from 2000 – 2010 was one of the most challenging of my life and at times I just wished that it would all end; but somewhere deep inside that little voice kept reassuring me, keeping me going.

So I retrained and became a holistic therapist, learning to understand the body from a ‘wholistic’ point of view and along the way slowly turning my health around. I became so passionate about this new world that opened up for me that I wanted to share what I had learnt and experienced with others, so I set up a training and therapy business. I wasn’t earning enough to pay myself but, as I was establishing the business, my husband had a job that just about sustained us and paid the mortgage.

Then overnight our lives changed; my husband had a nervous breakdown as a result of work-place bullying and had no alternative than to quit his job. There we were, with no income, and working our way steadily through our small pot of savings. A few months down the line, we decided to put our house on the market because we could no longer afford to stay there – we were heading towards homelessness, but still we knew that to go back into the 3D world of work wasn’t the right path for us.

We had a choice: hold on and keep the faith, or give in and risk our health again by heading back into the 3D world of work where neither of us wanted to be.

Ten minutes before we were about to accept a ridiculously low offer on our house so that we could release a small amount of equity to live on, a miracle happened. My mother arrived with an envelope; inside was a cheque from the settlement of my grandmother’s estate (she had passed on eight months previously). I couldn’t believe it, but it was enough to keep us going for another 6 months!

We continued to develop our training and therapy business, but later on that year the recession really hit as people couldn’t afford to come for therapies and training. Again, we found ourselves in the same position of dwindling funds. So, we decided to put our house back on the market, having complete faith that our soul purpose was making itself known to us as every day passed.

We sold our house in just four days – everything happened so quickly that there wasn’t even an opportunity for the estate agents to put up a board. We followed our inner guidance and looked at properties in the area where we thought we needed to be. Over a few stressful weeks we discovered that we couldn’t get another mortgage because of our self-employed status and low income, so we had no alternative than to rent. Each rental property we applied for fell through, and on the Monday of the week that we were due to move (the move day was the Friday of that week), we still hadn’t found anywhere to live. Still trusting in the perfection of the Universe we followed our intuition and headed off down to Evesham where we stumbled into a letting agent who showed us a beautiful property. We fell in love with it, the application was rushed through, and we organised everything so that we moved on the Friday of that same week. Everything worked out perfectly.

At the same time, the Managing Director of the publishing company that I was doing some freelance work for asked me if I would be willing to help her build the business, and seeing as I was now living a few miles away from the company, would I join her as a Director? So, I said ‘yes’, and the rest is history – or maybe not…….

During my time as Director, I had the most amazing experiences, but I was never paid. The business was building, but not enough to take any salary from. So again, hubby and I were living on the equity from our house sale – funds dwindling all the time. Just eight weeks ago, at the end of November, we made the devastating decision to put the company into voluntary liquidation. Having spent eight, extremely challenging weeks dealing with the results of this decision, I am now awaiting the Universe’s guidance again regarding what I need to do next, and where I need to be. I know that everything is perfect.

For the past five years, I haven’t earned a penny to my name in the ‘traditional’ way of the world; yet somehow the Universe has always supported me and ensured that my husband and I are warm, comfortable, and that we can put a nourishing meal on the table. Ok, we haven’t been able to go on holiday, or buy new things, but living in this way has certainly taught me what is fundamentally important, and what luxuries I can do without. It feels like hubby and I have been living in a new paradigm, one in which total faith in the Universe brings about support in the most miraculous of ways; and each time something like this happens, our faith gets even stronger.
 
Last week, I was given the ‘all clear’ from my consultant at the hospital. For over ten years I have been working towards this news; in the year 2000 I was taking obscene amounts of medication and could barely stay awake, and I was working in a job I couldn’t stand just so that I could pay the mortgage. Now I have been given the ‘all clear’; I no longer need to take any medication, and can live a full, happy and active life. I met with my mother last week, and she asked what I was going to do next. I told her that I was going to follow my intuition, go where the Universe guides me, and do what makes my heart sing. When she asked how I was going to fund this lifestyle, I responded that my faith and trust in the perfection of the Universe will ensure that I am always looked after and cared for – that I would always be warm, safe, and be able to put a nourishing meal on the table. When has it ever delivered me anything less?

Through my faith and trust in my higher purpose and in the Universe’s love of me, and its desire to support and guide me as I fulfil my soul purpose, I have been on a journey of self-discovery and healing, and learnt a completely new way of living – outside of the old way of fear, greed, survival, and the bottom line. If I were to give anyone reading this article one piece of advice, it would be; to continue to do what you know in your heart is right, do not give into the fear within you and around you, let go, and over time you will come to trust in the perfection of all things, as a wonderful new world of opportunities and possibilities of love and abundance open up to you.

The old way is no longer supporting us to live comfortably in this new vibration of love, peace and sustainable living for everyone within the global village; a new way of living and sustaining ourselves is being birthed right now on this beautiful planet that we call home – we are simply asked to trust, and let go.

We have come together to share our own Gifts and Talents with anyone who needs them and all that we ask is if you would like to be a part of this movement that you be prepared to share your own gifts and talents with others and perform random acts of kindness.

I hear some of you saying oh! That’s a shame that’s no good to me as I haven’t got a particular gift or talent - and we answer RUBBISH!! Everyone has something that someone else needs. It doesn’t have to be extraordinary, in fact we are reaching out to people the people who consider themselves normal as these are the people who often have hidden gifts and talents that they don’t recognize. An artist may paint a beautiful picture which can touch the depth’s of your soul but it won’t feed a hungry belly, so someone who can cook or even just make a cup of tea and lend a shoulder to cry on or be a good listener is invaluable to the person who needs it.

So if you think you would like to be a part of this new way of coming together working with like minded people normal people from all walks of life who just want to build a kinder caring world helping people to realise their own potential

No one knows what will happen in 2012. It’s mostly supposition, as there is an unknown quantity called the Human race! All I know is that change is coming, whether we are ready or not. It will be up to each and every one of us to decide how we react. Now is the time to take responsibility for yourself and all that you do. You can no longer point the finger and blame everyone else for how life is turning out. When you accuse another person for things in going wrong in your life, you may as well just give away your power.

We will all have some major choices to make. Choices that will be much more significant than in the past, but know that all will be well if we just step out of fear and take back our power.

Do you wait until you are pushed? Or will you run to the edge and jump knowing that you will be given your wings and you will fly.

If you let go of fear and learn to trust, 2012 is going to be a time for us all to step forward and be the change we want to see. We can no longer stand on the sidelines and moan about what needs to change - we have to participate in making these changes happen.

So I for one am ready to step forward even though I am not quite sure how I will do it but I know I will. I have decided not to worry about the hows I am just going to do what I am inspired to do, and I know if I live in the moment all of that will be taken care of.

One of the things I would love to do is bring together people from all walks of life. I have met some truly amazing people with incredible gifts who hide their light under a bushel. I want them to come out from under the rocks and stand up and allow their lights to shine. For when they allow their light to shine, it gives others permission to step forward and share their gifts. It’s time we celebrated the magnificent beings that we all are. We often underestimate the gifts that we have, and just because you may not be an artist or singer etc that doesn’t mean you don’t have a gift or many gifts to share with the world. There are many things that are overlooked that are gifts in their own right. Being a good listener is a gift that many people need to utilize; a good organizer; a good friend; these are just as important and in many cases more so.

So do not underestimate the many talents and gifts that you have. It is just about the perception of a gift that is all, and we must learn to value all aspects and not just a few….

So in 2012 I invite you all to TAKE BACK YOUR OWN POWER and stop giving it away, often to people or organizations you don’t even know. Yet you see them as more powerful than you. I also invite you to set up local communities with an aim to change things in your area that you do not like. We need to embrace one another and stop seeing the differences and start noticing how alike we all are, we all have our own agendas and that’s fine - that’s why we are so unique but that doesn’t mean that we can’t all work together for the good of all and still maintain our individual personalities.

So here’s to 2012 and beyond - let’s be the change we want to see and let’s get some courage and stand up and be counted. Let’s embrace 2012 like we have all just been awoken from a very deep sleep. Let’s remove the cobwebs from our eyes and let’s begin to see a new world. Let’s look at doing things differently. Let’s start from the beginning and let’s start doing things from a new model. Let’s move away from the old model as we all know it hasn’t worked too well up to now and we need to start thinking outside the box. We cannot keep doing things the way we used to, because if we do we will just get more of the same.

NOW is a great time for transformation, and we need to brainstorm new ideas. Do not dismiss new ideas lightly - really look from different angles and all view points, even if they seem unworkable, these are the ideas that create the changes we need to turn things around.

So I call out to you - do not be afraid to speak out and let your voice be heard. Know that you are of value and you may just be the person who comes up with that idea that is needed to turn things around.

I wish you all a wonderful adventure on the journey called life, and always remember, you are an amazing spiritual being having a human experience. So let’s have some fun along the way and always remember, allow your light to shine brightly, as you dance with life and if you don’t do anything else, smile it could make someone’s day.

Many people would like to improve their websites but with Christmas fast approaching just don’t know where to start or what to do next or think it’s going to take a lot of time ~ and so don’t really want to think about websites at all!

This time of year is perfect to:

1. Focus on celebrating your achievements & everything you’ve managed to accomplish this year.
2. Let go of anything you didn’t manage to do & clear any block that may sabotage your success in 2012~ because these will always translate into your website.

• Do you feel embarrassed about recommending your website because it doesn’t look the way you’d like?
• Do you have no website at all or are buried in a list in a group website?
• Did you have your website built by someone you know & are reluctant to change it because you think it will hurt their feelings?
• Are you having a website built & the costs are increasing without warning or you don’t like elements of what is being designed but prefer to avoid conflict & so are saying nothing?
• Do you have scripts running in your head & heart that say ‘you aren’t very good at/hopeless with computers’ or anything technical or ‘aren’t very web savvy’?
• Is your website out of synch with you & doesn’t reflect who you are and what you do anymore? Have you outgrown it, expanded, changed direction or your approach or just changed, full stop!?
• Are you so busy being busy that you ‘don’t have time’ think about or do anything about your website?
• Do you find it difficult to ‘sell’ what you do & accept that your health or healing gifts/products are valuable so that you can really promote them?
• Are you secretly afraid to expand or succeed? Will it upset or disrupt the dynamics between you & your roles/the people around you?
• Do you secretly find it hard to accept abundance? Does part of you feel guilty or undeserving when others don’t have it?
• Do you find it difficult to challenge people who are perceived as more ‘expert’ at something than you, even if your intuition is telling you something isn’t right?
• Even though you appear very confident & assured to the outside world, secretly are you lacking in true confidence & have feelings of doubt or unworthiness about yourself & what you do/offer?
• Do you find it easy to give to other people but much more difficult to accept abundance & success for yourself?
• Have you changed direction to a more spiritual or alternative path & are worried that people don’t/won’t take you seriously & don’t feel very confident about your healing path?
• Then there is one final, general & key obstacle to your web success, which I have witnessed for 20 years of helping people overcome any obstacle…

As we head into the last days of 2011, I choose this time to briefly look back, and to observe what has unfolded over the last year, also a look into what is yet to potentially happen in 2012, from both a planetary and the more personal perspective.

One thing I do know for sure, change is the only constant, and with 2011 much more has now started to shift that was rigid, institutionalised and stuck for many years.  With old dictatorships, governments, banking institutions, corporations and their methods, all being challenged and asked to adopt a more conscious honest and caring way for humanity and the earth.   

Unity, solidarity, finding ways of sharing what wealth we do have with each other by using our purchasing power to effect that which is more ethical, and not buying into the big corporations is one way of showing your personal power too.  On this subject I could go on, but I am sure you can see that we are all part of this, and where we choose to focus our energy now, is making dramatic changes to what is unfolding worldwide.

However for all the greed, corruption, lies and manipulation etc, I wish to say I am grateful.  Without all of the injustice, sacrifice and challenge, we would not be reaching and seeking for a better way, a fairer and more humanitarian way of being.  Bringing things back to a more personal level, I am sure you will agree it has often only been when our backs have been against the wall that true change has been sought, and had to be in order to continue living in many cases. In order to wake up the many, they are required to have a huge jolt from their slumber.

Therefore, if it were not for the shake-ups we are experiencing, then nothing would ever really change, and the new would not be created or birthed in such a mass way. 

However with the birthing process of anything, there is quite often mess, often pain, and  there is change perhaps of moving from a place of comfort, and it is the fear of discomfort that keeps many stuck where they are. 

One can no longer passively accept life however, or scream from the victim stance, unless you want to get thrown under the wheels of change, in which case you will experience the pain of that anyhow. 

By waking up and becoming more conscious and aware a new hope arises – for indeed we are all in this together, we always were.  However the structures that suckled a nation to its breast, so much so that many did not have to think for themselves just passively take what is given without some self-responsibility, is very much falling away, as these structures can no longer continue as they have been.

New ideas are always being birthed, but as you may already have realised, if you want something these days, you have to take some action to make it so.

We are coming into a time where more are willing to co-create a new and fairer society.  It is already so, as there have long been communities that work in such ways, however the masses seem to be awakening more now to this concept.  This is what was prophesised, however none of us knew how it would really come to pass, but here it is, and history is happening before our very eyes, as the cliché says.

So the message for 2012

Well we can expect more of the struggle from that which is seeking to still retain its position, control and power, but things are changing, they have to -  it can no longer sustain as it is crumbling and the foundations for which is was built , are no longer supporting it in the old world view anymore.

From a personal perspective, we too are having to face more of that which is no longer true for us, where things lack resonance or meaning, we no longer are able to fake it, or blindly act.  We are re-awakening from our soul level, our ancestors are with us and they too are heralding the dawn of a new and better age.  For it is here, it is now.  However with that, there still needs to be more re-balancing, both within our lives, and on a global planetary level too. From this we can only expect yet more upheaval and planetary destruction I am sad to say. 

But there is also positive, for the polarity is thus, that when more light shines the shadow is also more apparent.   

The personal message is, keep with your own truth, listen to your heart, act from this place (i.e. how does it feel rather than what does it “think” like). When your body feels at peace with a thought or a decision, go with that.  Be in the present moment, and flow and change as is necessary to what is occurring for you and what you are faced with.  The moment you try and hang on to something which is going out of the door, the more you are going to be dragged along painfully through this process. 

The more you can be open and trusting to your own inner resources and come together as a group with other likeminded folk, to help sustain a better future, for there is now more and more of us awakened, wishing to share, love and commune to a better world, the more smoothly a transition will occur.

This then my dear brothers and sisters is the consciousness that will help bring back the world to a more heart aligned and peaceful state.

Over the past few weeks we have passed through some very energetically powerful dates in our collective history. The 28th October was a significant date in Mayan cosmology which marked the end of the 9th wave of the Mayan Calendar, bringing with it the shift we need to move into unity consciousness. Moving forward merely two weeks, we passed through the 11:11:11 ‘gateway’ said to be a collective, high-vibrational portal opening to assist the evolution of One consciousness on Earth. After just a few weeks ‘respite’, we pass through the winter solstice celebrations, getting ready to welcome back the light into our lives on the shortest day of the year, finally heading straight into Christmas – a time when we get together with family, friends and loved ones to celebrate love, peace and goodwill to all humankind.

Regardless of our religion, race or gender, the group consciousness of humanity is being guided skilfully by these energetically powerful dates to release of the old dualistic paradigm, and embrace the simple truth that runs within and without every single one of us – we are all One, we are all Love.

In my own life last month I really felt the intense energies of ‘the shift’ that each significant date brought with it; symptoms ranging from not being able to sleep because of energy bursts surging through my body, to sleeping so deeply that I couldn’t separate my ‘dream’ from ‘reality’. I was also feeling extremely tired, and living with the remainder of a bronchial infection that affected my lungs, chest, throat and sinuses. Whilst many areas of my life were what my left brain would interpret as ‘challenging’, a higher power deep within me knew that all was well, and that whatever was taking place was totally for my highest and best interests, for why would anything less happen to me or anyone else?

Following the 11:11:11, I felt an deep need to clear out and de-clutter, and so for the last weeks of November, I, and countless other people I have been talking to, have been clearing out physical, emotional and mental debris from all parts of life; work, home, social, etc.  I’m sure this will continue throughout December as the final few days of 2011 prepare us for the year that everyone is talking about – 2012!

To me it feels like we are all on a trajectory for ‘Home’. A pre-planned destination which we are all going to reach without question - all we have to do is release negative thoughts/fear, show up, open our Hearts, and take loving action. In fact, that place is here, right Now – we don’t have to go anywhere to find it, we simply look within. From now onwards, our Heart – the receptor of the new consciousness - is guiding us ‘Home’ to co-create an Earth, a Universe, filled with unconditional love and light.

So as we leave 2011 and enter 2012, I am joining billions of others across the Universe as I commit to show up, open my Heart and take loving action, knowing that everything is perfect and exactly as it needs to be. The new paradigm is right here, right now, accessible simply through our Hearts!
